HEALING THE ANCESTORS

Sunday November 1 is Dia de Los Muertos and All Souls Day. It is the cross quarter day between the equinox and solstice and considered one of the 8 gates in Chinese cosmology.  This is the time of year when the veil between the dead and the living is the thinnest. It is the optimal time to honor our ancestors while doing deep healing on the suffering in our ancestral soul. 

Join Sheilagh on Sunday afternoon as she guides the group into a deep healing state to resolve the pain of the living past in our maternal or paternal lineages. 

1 week before class you will receive an audio file on how to set up an altar for Dia de Los Muertos. Making an altar is not necessary for class but it is a nice way to honor those who have come and gone- including pets!
